Transcend365 Mini CPAP

Does anyone know how to access the clinical menu on the new Transcend365 MiniCPAP? I need to change the ramp time.
You can change the ramp time without entering the clinician menu. See Transcend 365 Quick Guide - https://mytranscend.com/customer-care/user-guides/
I don't know how to get access to the clinician menu.
