The increasing leak rate could be in part due to the higher pressures. As mentioned it isn't a large enough leak to be an issue though.
Please don't talk about things you don't understand.

The leaks aren't bad enough to impact therapy effectiveness.
If the leaks woke you up then I would maybe try to fix them. If they didn't wake you up then I wouldn't worry about them.
If they are waking you up then It is possible that you may need to fit your mask prior to sleep to the higher pressures...a fit that seals well at the starting pressure of 5 probably is going to fail at pressures in the upper teens.

I think you are going to need more minimum pressure. Probably substantially more but what is more puzzling to me is why the rather marked change now from back when you got lower AHI's. Something changed to make so something that did work well...no longer works so great.

My speculation is 1) getting accustomed to wearing a mask at night has meant that I tend to sleep more "naturally" than I did when I first started therapy 2) there are a bunch of nights when I was not sleeping in my own bed in that data due to travel

when pulling example charts, I checked to make sure those were nights in my home and not nights when I was elsewhere.
unfortunately I can't think of what might have been "special" about those nights when I had very low AHI vs these more recent nights. Last night's score was improved, but still not below 5 - I woke up a few times and noticed that I did indeed seem to have my chin tucked - both when I slept on my side and also when I was sleeping on my back. Until I secure a cervical pillow or the like, I think I'm going to have to pay close attention to how I set myself up on my pillow at night - if i'm too far towards the foot of the bed, I think it makes me more likely to wind up with my chin tucked to my chest.

Hello hello, since checking in last, I’ve increased my min pressure and also changed bed pillow type and my numbers for the most part improved. I need to reinstall Oscar to get at the more detailed data but I’ve noticed the last few nights I get woken up because my mask is leaking.

I don’t notice anything obviously wrong or different with the cushion but it seems to move during the course of the night as I move about in my sleep. Sometimes I can reseat it but other times I have to turn off the machine, take the mask off and put it back on to get things sorted. Is this something I should perhaps start a new thread to get advice on?

Lastly, a friend shared this tweet with me and I couldn’t help but laugh as I know my cat does this, though I’m pretty sure I’ve never slept through it! (Though that might explain my Obstructive apneas if I didn’t know I tend to tuck my chin  )

Talk about the alien on your face! I think "alien" is spelled "feline."

1. THEY'LL STEAL YOUR BABY'S BREATH. For centuries, folks in England believed that a cat is liable to climb into an infant's crib and “suck” the child's breath until it suffocates and dies. ... In 1791, a jury at a coroner's inquest in Plymouth, England, found a cat guilty of infanticide in this way. :(

My first mother in law believed this.
Would not allow a cat in her house.

We got a divorce over it.

I think it's an indirect, but welcome, effect.

Arkansas Law :: US Law :: Justia: Volume IV; Section VII; Paragraph XII:

"When the party of the first part despises the party of the second part to the point that the party of the first part divorces the party of the third part, in order to put distance (physically and emotionally) from the party of the second part."

Or something like that.
