alright,
got to sleep 5 hours last night, best result yet.
I used a nose strip to open my nose, and i think this really helped me fall asleep. congestion was also good.
ahi i still around 3 but il leave that for now.
flow graph looks much better imo, which makes me think nasal congestion is what was making it look off.
snoring is up a lot though. vs2 is 9 per hour.any thoughts?
overall congestion makes it hard to use cpap, and i will be looking to the bleep mask once iget my CT scan results.

No one really knows what to make of VS2 snores.

Sometimes more pressure helps and sometimes it doesn't.

Interesting. there a quite a few but there's really not much i can do about it. i plan to slowly increase pressure to try to get ahi down anyway.

One doesn't wash the machine, ever... one may routinely wash the water tank, and descale it if one is using tap water.
