perfect - that's what I'm looking for, opinions

I will actually go to 7.2 - it's nice not having aerophagia issues

My latest and greatest. Same old story I suppose. Very little aerophagia issues with raising the pressure to 7.2. Somewhat off topic but I finally got around to trying microdosing mushrooms over the weekend. Not sure what to make of it and I know fitbit and oura ring can't be 100% relied upon but my deep sleep and REM sleep have skyrocketed(allegedgly)?

I am going to raise pressure again I think to 7.4.

I've attached last 3 nights. Last night I stayed asleep(or at least don't remember waking up) for almost 4-5 hours(between 1AM - 6AM) which is unheard of for me! and I'm excited about that. So safe to say many of the CA's are not false positives? Just curious if anyone has input/suggestions as to what's going on? Thanks

Hi All - it's been awhile since I've posted. Things have been progressing pretty well. I met with sleep doc who said my numbers look good and just keep doing what I'm doing. I am still having multiple wakeups and am going to be doing an inlab sleep study as he thinks I may have REM sleep behavior disorder. I've attached a few recent nights - not sure if I should try to raise pressure maybe? The OSAs seemed to be under control but last night they increased. Just wondering if anyone has any input/suggestions. Thanks!

I'd bump the min to 8, maybe 9... see if you can't smooth out the pressure line a bit, every time it jumps up, that means there's some breathing problem that happend, which likely disturbs your sleep.

Been a while since I posted. I have been doing well overall. Just curious if anyone might have some insights. I know drinking effects sleep but these two screenshots show just how much. The one with all the CAs was sober. The other one(.41 AHI) is after a night of moderate drinking. The OAs have improved dramatically but the CAs are very inconsistent - many times in the 2-3 AHI. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Try turning off (or down) EPR.

Thanks - I did lower EPR to 1 a while ago but will just turn off and see how that goes
