Anyone have suggestions for pillows? I feel like I am getting really close to figuring out the machine and mask, but I can't seem to get comfortable with a pillow. Open to any suggestions.

Would help if you would be more specific.
What is your major problem with the ones you have tried.
What do you think would be the ideal pillow.

So I have had a Serta memory foam pillow right now. It has been my go to for several years, but I have started to get neck pain, and I feel like I sink to much into it. I would like a pillow that is has nice softness, but is pretty high. I really like memory foam, so if that pillow exist, that would be awesome. I like to sink a bit into the pillow, but it seems everything I have tried lately, I sink all the way down.

I tried several pillows before I settled on the Buckwheat hull pillow. I liked it so much I bought another.
It is like sleeping on a soft sack of cement. You can form it the way you want and it stays that way (more or less) for the rest of the night.
You are not going to sink in very much though.
It isn't for everyone.
I have very little mask leakage with it.
Pillow are like masks. Very YMMV.
Good luck.

Thanks! Sorry for the late reply, did not see the notification. I am really not sure what my issue is, but I think my pillow has seen its better days. Maybe I will look into the Buckwheat hull pillow.

So I am really trying to get a hold of why I am taking my mask off at night, and what is waking me up. I assume it's events that are causing me to wake up, but I wanted to see what you guys think. This is from last night, and I felt like I woke up about 5 times. Some are listed here with the mask coming off, but some I never took the mask off. I am curious is an adjustment to my auto setting needed. I am running the min at 9 and it seems really good for getting me to sleep, and should that be up to stop events from happening? Also should my max go above 13cm? 13 is what my doc set the CPAP at, and I was getting terrible results from CPAP only. Decided to try auto, and got better results, but they are puzzle. Last week I went on vacation, and had two great nights sleep with the mask, but I came back last Thursday, and it looks like I took so many steps back without changing much of anything.

I am really struggling, and I can't seem to find the fix. So last night I decided I would up the pressure min to 11.5 cm and the raise the max to 15cm. I am desperately trying to keep my mask on and get a good nights rest.
It was kind of a mess last night. I woke up every time you see the break in flow, and it appears there are events happening that wake me up. I can't seem to get them under control, and I thought adding the APAP to the puzzle would help. If someone could tell me if my thinking is correct or not (most likely not). From the data I am getting, it appears to me the machine is not ramping up pressure enough to fix the events, and then I am waking up. Isnt that was auto is for? Last night each time before I took it off, there were either 2 or 3 events without pressure being raised, and then a final event that caused me to take the mask off. Am I missing something? Should the min pressure be raised more? I just cant understand what the machine is doing.
Below is the full nights look, and I have zoomed in to see the events that caused the mask to be removed. Any help would be great.

This is the last event that caused me to have my mask off for an extended period of time.

Thanks! I feel very defended right now. Seems like nothing is helping.

How can you be certain that a lone hyponea 20 minutes prior to a wake up and mask removal was the cause of the wake up?

Not saying it is, but look at my flat line breathing when I take the mask off. Doesn't that represent an event happening? To me I am seeing this as an event that wakes me up and I remove the mask as its happening.
Also one of my biggest issues before getting diagnosed with sleep apnea was night terrors. Doctor said I was losing oxygen when I was having apnea events and it was causing me to have the terrors. I had one for the first time since I first got the machine. This is telling me something is not working properly. Just my unprofessional/ unexperienced opinion. If I am wrong, what is a more experienced persons opinion on what is going on?

Okay, you are talking about the flat line immediate to the mask removal.
See that big breath immediately before the flat line? That's an arousal or awake breath and then the flat line is either awake/arousal evidence of the machine not sensing breathing either because the mask is off and/or leak is happening.
You weren't asleep when that flat line shows up...

So then you are saying something else woke me up before I took the mask off correct?

You need to zoom in much closer on the time where you take the mask off...maybe 3 to 5 minute segments.
Zoom in much closer on the area where you take the mask off.
See the spike immediately prior to the flat line....that's arousal/awake breathing.
