you are entirely welcome. the change will come. but most likely, it will be gradual. your brain and body have been through the mill with this stupid sleep apnea condition. it's been used to coping with it. and it's going to take time to educate your brain and body that there is a better way.

it doesn't seem to make sense, but it takes time.

I have not experienced the low apnea, I always have the hugh. But it is a great discussion I have attained here.
