Where do I get charts? Right now I just signed up for Resmed MyAir.
See my sig? There. Oscar.
Myair is a cute toy, but useless for solving problems.
OK thanks I just downloaded the file, now do I need to insert the SD card from my Cpap machine into my computer to pull the data??
Did you install the program and set up a profile? That needs to be done before you can import data from the SD card.

I was sold less machine than I really needed when I started out.
It came with the WRONG mask.
I suffered and learned--eventually, I got the RIGHT stuff. (Thanks, cpaptalk)
And I fired the dirty DME that took advantage of me.

If your machine is really an Resmed 10 CPAP then it has no meaningful data, what does it say in the bottom left corner of the machine where the model number is shown

If you have a machine that says CPAP on the front, then you're out of luck.
best bet is to take it back and get an Autoset for her, and make them give you the SD card they stole out of it.

It's sad when the industry sticks a new user who wants the best therapy with a very basic machine.

If I understand correctly, you only started with a new machine five days ago. Is insurance paying for it? Did you get it from a local DME? What did the doctor write on the prescription?
I would be looking to take a five-day-old CPAP back to the DME and raise hell that they gave you a machine that is not appropriate for your condition.
Give us some details, and someone here can make some suggestions.
