I just purchased a used ResMed AirSense 10 with 51 hours of use for $150, I don't know that the results are that much better but there are a bit more setting and a minimum pressure of 9 seems a bit more tolerable with this machine I can increase the pressure by .2 instead of .5.

"airsense 10" is not a machine. What does it say on the front, all the words?

Now, THAT is a machine, and one of the best on the market, at that.
Please update your equipment list in your profile, the machine you want is down in the R's (for Resmed).

Any input on changes? I feel decent but the AHI is creeping up but I have been sleeping longer.

Raise your minimum pressure to 10. You are spending much of your night at ten or higher.

I wish I could I suffer from aerophagia, I'm going back to 9 and up from there.
