Chin up strips outside, or poli-grip strips inside.
Both work.

ahhh! very good. as i said, please let me know what the results are, even if it's negative.

good luck!
Thank you!
The Scrunci headbands are very comfortable and probably the best option for putting cloth over the mouth.

I also tried the 100% cotton surgical mask but had it pulled down so that the top was just below my nose and the bottom of it helped support my jaw.
It was not hot so long as I breathed only through the nose; however, there was enough mouth leak with it that excess humidity came out the top of the surgical mask and loosened the adhesive on the Bleep DreamPorts. It also pushed against the Bleep interface; it might work better with standard nasal pillows.

In the end I went back to the SomniFix mouth strips. After nearly three weeks with the Bleep DreamPort system, my breathing has adjusted so that I no longer have big puffs of air trying to force their way out of my mouth, so I can actually use the mouth strips now without issues.

thanks for the update. so, it wasn't uncomfortable, just didn't work in your case.

we are all so different! face shape, head size and size of our noses. in a way, it amazes me that this cpap therapy works at all.
