The difference between the billed and contracted amount appears to be only a couple hundred dollars a pop (that would be the “plan discount”). The provider has pocketed $4334 from insurance thus far, and I’m on the hook for around $1600 after that. The numbers themselves are a mess, since they’ve submitted ten different claims for what should have been (according to them) three months of rental
