I put Oscar on my laptop but the screen isn't large enough to screenshot the data needed to post here. I downloaded it onto my desktop since the monitor is much larger, but it won't import the SD card. On the laptop I get an auto-message that it has detected a Philips SD card and do I want to import. No such message on the desktop. And when it does appear to import and asks me for a file location, I select Oscar_Date and... nothing.

Help!
i'm sorry, i don't have an answer. but this response will bump your question up in the list and perhaps smarter folk will come to your rescue.

You might have a bad sd card reader on the PC?

Also, you can post multiple screenshots if you can't get the four strips that we want in one screenshot.

Also, you can shrink the strips so that they don't take up quite as much space..

here's how: wiki/index.php/Sleepyhead:Organize

I'll check the SD card reader and look at re-sizing the strips.

Thanks!

PC card reader is fine (it read my camera card). I'll look into re-sizing the graphs when I get back from visiting my grands for the 4th.

Thanks again.

I downloaded Oscar but couldn't figure it out and didn't want to risk erasing the SD card. Is there a manual somewhere?
Sleepyhead is the same as Oscar. See: http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph ... rview_Data
and also Pugsy's pointers on the Home page here. Cheers!

Assuming you have inserted the SD card into the slot on the desktop, then are you opening up the Oscar app first before you import ( I can't visualize so am guessing). Then go to the Oscar menu up above and under File, click Import Data and/or Import SD Card data. Again I can't visualize the problem so that's a guess. Don't know if it matters, but pull the little metal doodad on the left hand side of the SD card down before you put into your computer slot. Then be sure to put it back up before you put it back into your CPAP machine. This keeps your computer from writing data onto the SD card that you don't want or so I've read in http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph ... SleepyHead. That's all my brain has to offer!

With her Dreamstation machine, it's not a problem. She can leave the card unlocked.
