I wonder if the silicone one might be a good one to try. I use the Brevida, but want a spare full face when I am congested 1-2 times a year if/when I get a cold. Brevida won't work in those cases, so I'd need something else. For me, foam is slightly more comfortable, but only lasts 2-3 weeks,
so I alternate between them, and both work great.
And a ZERO AHI last night, averaged about .5 for the last 4 months,
