After failing many full face masks, the Resmed AirTouch F20 sort of works for me with tight straps. Even then it is far less comfortable than Dreamwear Gel Pillow + taping.

I see this is an old post ...... but suggest the ResMed Air Touch F20.... full face with memory foam seal. Just like Air Fit F20, the difference being the memory foam - more comfortable and no leaks for me.

I am only new to cpap and have tried 3 different gull face masks, the most comfortable for me is the ResMed Air Touch F20.... full face with memory foam seal.

Great results with a Resmed F20. Alternate between silicon and memory foam insert. Mask frame offers both options.
Yep, AirFit is silicon, AirTouch is foam.

For me, foam is slightly more comfortable, but only lasts 2-3 weeks,
so I alternate between them, and both work great.

And a ZERO AHI last night, averaged about .5 for the last 4 months,

I wonder if the silicone one might be a good one to try. I use the Brevida, but want a spare full face when I am congested 1-2 times a year if/when I get a cold. Brevida won't work in those cases, so I'd need something else. Maybe F20 AirFit (since AirTouch would "expire")?

Works well for me; no leaks, no sound, and lasts a good while.
