Do you exclude violent people from your group of friends?
No. I get them locked up for the protection of anyone they are a danger to. But, I would not in the least exclude them. People in prison are in desperate need of friends. Gramps and I support prison ministries. Gramps was a mentor for many years. Our government is very cruel to people who have broken laws and those only suspected of breaking laws.

Not that *I* would ever be foolish enough to compare Carolyn to an elderly nun... Nope!
You need to start accepting the fact that no matter who does what around here or anywhere else, it is all somehow your fault.
Which is why we are all so jealous of you.
You have a point... Just to clarify, is it just the bad stuff that's my fault, or do I get credit for some food stuff now and then?
We give Pugsy credit for the good. You get credit for everything else. That's as far as the character development extends in this sort of sitcom.

Fair enough.

Autoincorrect strikes again... I meant "good", not food... Lol.

I like Archie and Edith's story.
Just after marriage, Edith cooked the evening meal. After finishing,
Archie: Boy, Edith, you sure don't cook like my mother.
Edith is heartbroken and makes a special effort with the second night's meal.
Archie: Boy, Edith, you sure don't cook like my mother.
Edith is very distressed. So, she makes a very special effort with the third night's meal.
Archie: Edith! This is a terrible meal.
Edith: But, Archie, the first two nights you said I did not cook like your mother. So, I got your mother to come over today, and she helped me make a meal exactly like she cooks it.
Archie: But, Edith, the first two nights I said you sure don't cook like my mother. My mother is a horrible cook!

I had a coworker who told me that when she was first married she tried making fried rice for her husband.
She found out you cannot fry it until it turns brown. It turns black first.
