Extensive new-membership delays could be life-threatening to a newbie in need, in my less-than-humble opinion.
If they could READ, all the answers to everything is still there for use. Feel free to Glean the Knowledge! Jim

If you can't read maybe the Internet isn't what all you need.

Goofproof is right.
Nearly all the Q&A can be accessed by surfing and reading--
Registration is not needed to receive--only to give.
Giving grief is not helpful to anyone but the pitiful wretch who needs to hurt others.

I am not a long time member (3 1/2 years), but I do spend quite a bit of time reading posts and offer advice when I feel I can help someone. I have seen what is going on now happen in the past. Someone accuses someone else of being a bully, and then refuses to accept the fact that certain behaviors are accepted by the owners of this forum. No matter how many times you keep calling someone a bully and a ringleader, nothing will change. All you are doing is distracting people from doing what this forum was created for in the first place: help people adjust to using an XPAP machine, and hopefully help them maximize their treatment. Anything other than this is a waste of time and resources. We all have to learn to accept the rules laid out by the owners of this forum, and nothing we say or do will make them change the rules. The best advice I can give anyone is to learn who the knowledgeable people are and heed their advice. Making numerous posts over and over lamenting the fact that you perceive someone as a bully will not change their behavior or the rules of the forum. Either accept how this forum is operated and the level of decorum that is allowed, or find a forum that is to your liking. There are other apnea forums out there that are highly regulated and monitored if that is what you want. Personally, I will stay here.

No matter who starts name-calling first--ALL ARE EQUALLY GUILTY.
I glanced in the office, and thought i saw an elderly nun wrapping barb wire around her yardstick--
A word to the wise, people . . .

We didn't start the fire
It was always burning
Since the world's been turning
We didn't start the fire
No we didn't light it
But we tried to fight it

I wonder why..hmmm. You guys are a perfect example of liberalism. Call the other side what you are, or do what you accuse the other side of doing lol. Funny stuff. A great reflection of society as a whole.
Nobody who knows me would accuse me of that. Let's just say the school where I work is preparing for Saturday's commencement with the Vice President speaking.

I do no agree fully with the leadership there but I am far from liberal.

Life is not about liberalism or conservatism. It's about being inclusive or exclusive. Which is Liberty?

Life is also about having beliefs & principles you live by. Do you exclude violent people from your group of friends?

Seems that the nun used that barbed wire yardstick after all. :raising eyebrow:

Well....I just found out that the nun with the barbed wire on her yardstick did indeed swing it with a lot of clout.
We can let this thread die a normal death. No need to vote...the problem has been dealt with and not by me.

Not that *I* would ever be foolish enough to compare Carolyn to an elderly nun... Nope!

You need to start accepting the fact that no matter who does what around here or anywhere else, it is all somehow your fault.

Which is why we are all so jealous of you.

You have a point... Just to clarify, is it just the bad stuff that's my fault, or do I get credit for some good stuff now and then? 8)
