Need password for clinician for Transcend Mini Travel Cpap

I am desperate for this as the company I bought it from will not help me. I have a collapsing trachea and now need the pressure changed— have to use this all day and Bipap at night.
CAN ANYONE GIVE ME THE PASSWORD—please—?

Jody, You said in your first post, "the company I bought it from". If you are in the U.S., that would be a DME. Instead, you need to call the manufacturer - Somnetics Customer Service 1-877-621-9629

In case someone needs this in the future...

We used the info in this thread and another to piece together how to find and use the software needed to change the settings in the Transcend Auto (rev C) machine.

This is the link where we found the user manuals, the clinician manuals, the software and software user manuals (just scroll down to find): https://mytranscend.com/customer-care/user-guides/.

Even though this link says it is the software for the Transcend Mini, it worked for the Transcend Auto (rev C) that I was given: https://transcend.minicpapsoftware.com/. (This was the first software link in the list of three on left side of screen.)

This is the link for the software user manual. It shows the machine I have (Transcend Auto, Rev C). https://mytranscend.com/wp-content/uplo ... -rev-c.pdf HOWEVER, the screens shown in this manual do not match the screens in the software we used.

The software we used (https://mytranscend.com/wp-content/uplo ... -Guide.pdf) says Transcend Micro on it, but it does match the screens of the software we used. More importantly, this is the software that worked for us and the password was still juniper (all lowercase).

With the software and password, we were able to adjust the settings on the Transcend Auto. :D

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I just received a Transcend Micro today, and this information allowed me to change it from a constant-pressure of 10 to an auto-pressure of 10-20. Just what I needed.

I am about to purchase the new Transcend Micro Auto Travel CPAP (the newest one that is the size of a baseball). I want to confirm before I purchase this that the clinical Setting password is still "juniper".

I returned the Transcend Mini so I can't verify for certain about the password, however...

In May 2019 Wulfman posted: The default password always was......"juniper"

In October 2022 fshrchik posted: ... the password was still juniper (all lowercase).

My guess would be the password is still "juniper".

Buy your cpap from a vendor who offers a return window, so you are able to return it if needed.

Did you return the Micro also? I see you signature block says you have the "Machine: Somnetics Transcend Micro Travel Machine"

I received the new machine Somnetics Transcend Micro Travel (baseball) today and can confirm the password is still juniper.
