Was looking back at this thread and saw you'd posted a graph but had no replies, so I'm mostly just bumping this up to be seen.

A point about his limb movement issues not seeming to be bad in the last study - there is something called masking. If he had quite a lot of sleep apnea events, it may mean the limb movements just didn't get a chance to manifest because the breathing events caused too many arousals for the legs to have a chance to act up. That's why I mentioned getting his breathing treatment optimized to where it's not causing frequent arousals. Then you can see if the legs want to act up once they get a chance.
