Is it possible to import 2 different machine's data for the same day into 1 user? I have 2 machines, one for night time and one when I may nap watching tv during the day. Will Oscar ignore or overwrite some of the data when the 2nd. import is done?
No. You cannot mix machines on a single day.

That's a yes but. OSCAR imports once per day, and for ResMed noon CPAP time is the difference. You can always load the data into 2 different profiles.
If they are different brands we recommend different profiles,
The multiple imports in a day is an issue that is on our list.

A UI quirk that drives me CRAZY:
When right-clicking on the graphs, 100% zoom level is right above reset graph.
So if in a hurry and not paying attention, it's super easy to reset the graph, and then be forced to reconfigure the whole damned thing.
Suggestion: popup a confirmation dialog on graph reset, so this can't happen without explicit user confirmation.
Alternate suggestion: move the reset option to the very top, or bottom, of the list.

Why would you ever even do that? it's faster to just tap down arrow a bunch of times, or right click the graph itself several times, compared to navigating to just the right spot, right clicking, mousing down, and left clicking.
I vote removing that 100% zoom.
I had to go look to find out what you were even talking about, in all the years I've used (and helped develop) sleepyhead and now Oscar... I've never used it even once.

I just counted:
23 presses of the down arrow key to get back to a 100% view from a closeup, vs 2 mouse clicks using the contextual menu.
So no, it's much slower.
PS - on reflection, I prefer my "alternate" suggestion.

Not to argue, but just press and hold is all it takes. You don't need 23 separate keypresses.
We should also probably rename "reset graph layout" to "reset graph heights" since that is what it does. We already changed the View menu item to say "Reset Graph Heights" (in the next version of OSCAR). (I've added that to our issues list.)

Different people -- different styles. I use the mouse and click on 100% zoom all the time.

That does indeed make it less painful.
And +1 on the "reset graph heights" change.

Is there any way to add the ability to add a field to let a user designate which mask was used on a particular day?
Sometimes I switch masks and am curious to know if there is a difference in AHI over time with different masks.
I can go into the note field and make a not that a particular mask was used on that night, but there is no way for me to go back and sort or search for nights when a particular mask was in use. I know this can’t be imported from the SD card because there is no way to enter this information on the machine.
But if there was some way to enter the mask into Oscar and then maybe have it carry forward by default unless manually changed...that way you wouldn’t have to enter the mask model unless you changed it. Again, I would be hoping for the ability to then be able to sort data or gather statistics based on mask model.
I don’t know if this would be possible, but would be a nice option.

Thank you. This is on our list of suggested enhancements.

Hi all,
I just switched from a P.R System One model 560, to a Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset.
I've been using Sleepyhead for several years with the Phillips Respironics machine. No issues
Can I still use Sleepyhead with my new Resmed machine ?
Can i just insert the SD card in, and import the Resmed data into Sleepyhead ?
Or do I need to do something else (install Oscar, etc, change Sleepyhead settings, etc) ??
Thanks for the help !!!

It should work fine. You may want to create a new profile in the software to keep the data separate, especially if you keep your old machine as a backup.

I set up a new profile in Sleepyhead, imported the SD card from the Resmed Airsense 10 down into Sleepyhead, and it worked fine.
Thanks for your help with this !!!

I can't edit the override y-axis config for the FL overview to a value below 1
Did you try entering discrete values rather than using the up/down arrows?
Far better would be to have Autoscaling on 'all' graphs... And af course, 'live' when zooming!
