thank you for posting this. i was fairly certain that flonase wasn't harmful, but the posts previously had me slightly concerned.
but then again, i don't consider myself "normal"!

Thanks for the link to the NIH article. Cataract is not associated with IOP. I used intranasal steroids as little as possible.

The point was if someone uses current generation nasal sprays (Nasacort, Flonase, Nasonex) there is no concern about the acceleration of cataract growth. This is because the bioavailability is very low (<1%).
