Some of the on/off events are certainly correlated to pressure and/or apnea events, like the two from last night. I included zoomed up pictures if you want to see from last night.
But these aren't really the ones I am talking about. Im more concerned about waking up when nothing happened. Take a look at Thursday and especially Saturday. I didn't post zoomed in shots of these because when you zoom in on these wake-ups there's nothing there. You can see theres no pressure change, no events, no leak etc...
I wonder if its because I sleep on my side and my arm and shoulder get sore after a certain amount of time, about an hour and a half, and my brain says "hey wake up that hurts" Has anyone else experienced this??
But then again I don't know why this started all of a sudden in the past 5 days and not the previous month
