!. Do you think I could successfully adapt it to my needs, which I will explain? My bedroom CPAP setup: My bed has a large headboard with shelves. My CPAP machine is on the lowest shelf directly behind my head. I have a metal pole designed for people like myself, which the tubing slips through an elastic piece at the top. From the top of my mattress, the pole is 30" high (although it is adjustable). This is also right behind my head. Works perfectly with my current DreamWear headgear (in which the tube connects at the top of my head). I toss and turn frequently during the night, and I am not sure whether I could tolerate tubing that is lying on or near me. That said, do you think it is possible to use the Bleep with my pole by attaching the longer tubing to my forehead and then using it as I am now, with the pole, or would that be too much of a change in direction for the Bleep to properly do its job.
I have a similar setup, was using the same mask, and I had the same concerns. Main difference in setups is that mine is off to the side of the bed a little. Like you, I'm an active sleeper.
I found it to be no problem whatsoever. I lay the hose on the pillow to the left of my head.
Here's a picture- just so you can see the difference in setups.

For djams: I am still a bit unclear as to whether you still use the light to keep the tubing elevated. Please let me know about that. I was thinking that if it were easier to accommodate the Bleep, I could move my pole to the side of the bed, and hopefully still keep it elevated.

Yes, I still use my swing arm lamp hose management system every night.

Help! Please! I seem to be hitting my head against a brick wall - at least twice, so before continuing the suffering, I have two questions. Are any of you who are using the Bleep DreamPort getting it covered through insurance, specifically Medicare? If the answer is yes that Medicare does cover it, my second question would be who you are getting your supplies from? Thank you, as I have had no luck with Rotech and a local pharmacy's DME Section.

It is just now today being shipped to some suppliers...no one has it in any stores just yet.
The 4 of us who gave the reviews in this thread.....we got demo prototypes to test out and were part of a trial.
We got a sample to use....we didn't get them from any store.
Medicare will cover it...same billing codes as a regular nasal interface mask A7034 for the mask part and A7033 for the ports...but no one has this mask on the shelves yet.
It's brand new....today the first shipments are rolling out.
Local DMEs....you are going to have to tell them to look it up.

No, none of us are having it covered through insurance
because it's not on the market yet. We're all doing pre-release testing and evaluation.

So far, we've gotten our supplies directly from the CEO of the company.

I have another developing situation as more time goes by using the DreamPort.
I'm getting these blocks of time where the flow rate chart is almost perfectly straight, which is something new for me. I'm reading these as periods of totally undisturbed sleep. These time periods range anywhere from 20 to 50 minutes, and happen multiple times throughout the night.
It's pretty cool what can happen when nothing is leaking and there's nothing uncomfortable on your head
Here I've zoomed on a bit over an hour of my flow rate chart from last night:
