Is there ANYTHING that doesn't leak?

I know the answer to that. They all leak under the right circumstances.
But, I have got to find something that doesn't wake me up 492 times a night. I had thought the P10 was going to be the answer to my problems, but I'm having a sciatica flair and I cannot sleep on my back. The P10 dislodges enough to leak and wake me up on my sides.
So, would the Brevida maybe be a better choice? It looks like it comes up on the sides of the nose a bit that might help stabilize it some. Any side sleepers that have had good luck with that one? What about the new N30i? ANY advice is welcome.

It's a very indivdual thing. You just have to find the right mask and the right mask style. For me, its a nasal mask.

Watch for the release of the Bleep/DreamPort nasal mask (probably end of Feb hopefully)...
It won't move on you.

The Brevida might work out for you...the headgear is a little more adjustable so you can fine tune the tension a little better.
It's super soft though so don't let that "wrap around the end of the nose" look fool you....it's extremely flexible and the key to more stability will be with the tension adjustments of the straps more than just the pillow itself.

WOW...492 times a night...that's 61 times an hour or once every minute. No wonder you're tired

I use the brevida. It is the first mask given to me and the only one I have used. I got used to it quickly and am very comfortable with it. It will leak. I have learned to adjust it quickly and go back to sleep. I just grab the straps and wiggle, it seats right back in. Good luck in your journey. JPB

Have you considered some soft foam earplugs so you won't *hear* the p10 leaking?

Thank you all.

Pugsy, I was afraid there might be too much "squish" for it to be much of a stabilizer.

LSAT, that was hyperbole. Lol. But sometimes it FEELS like 492 times a night.

I appreciate that it's a very individual thing, but I always get great pointers from others who have tried. And I appreciate ALL of the advice. You guys are great. :D

It isn't the noise, its feeling the air leaking. But good suggestion if that wasn't the case.

I think I'm going to give it a shot... if it doesn't work I can add it to my growing collection of failures. :? If you hear of anyone needing a mask, holler at me. I probably have one.

Oh...the 492 thing. It's less than the gazillion that I like to use because it sure feels like it.
And I don't intend to stop using it either.

Love it. And completely agree.

Hmmm... I sleep on my side also, both left and right. I find the P10 to be almost leak free. Try using a fairly soft/low bed pillow, not foam which I really like, but a softer pillow seems to 'cradle' the P10 better. You could also try getting one of the bed pillows that are specifically made for CPAP users. Amazon has several.

I'm currently using a CPAP pillow. I can position myself pretty well when I'm awake, but I flop around and miss the cutouts when I'm asleep. I will give a softer pillow a try while I'm waiting for the Brevida to arrive. Thank you!
