Yeah...15 is the EPAP limit and you can't even get that with the PS max limit as it is now. You have to reduce the PS limit too.
And you need PS to deal with the centrals. Would the 10 PS be enough??? Might be.
Well crap...where's your PS statistic? I wanted to see what it has been averaging.
Hey, how about changing minimum PS? See if that helps the obstructive stuff with more IPAP consistently???
Change it from minimum of 3 to minimum of 5.

I just switched from Phillips ASV to Resmed after 4 years on the Phillips.
I would not want to go back to the Phillips.
My situation is probably nothing like yours, but when a Sleep doctor told me to raise my pressure a few years ago, things got worse. The increase lasted about an hour. Instead I decreased the pressure and things got better.
Pugsy knows way more than I do, but my current EPAP min is 7 and seldom goes above 8. The IPAP hovers in the 10 to 12 range unless my mask leaks then we are off to the races and I have to take the leaks or turn off the machine and start fresh.

I always sleep on my right side. /Sorry about the pie. I like pie

, jk......
The Epap is topped out at 15 no? I cant seem to get it any higher
I did buy a cervical collar, i am going to have to get use to wearing it
ugg I guess no other machine goes above 15?
I'd stay in auto mode.
You only need to use the collar for one night as a diagnostic tool. If there is a good drop in max pressure, you are tucking your chin and closing your airway. there are ways to correct this, once you know.
make sure your mask seals under high pressure, or nothing will work.
only a more advanced ASV can use higher pressures. You may end up needing another titration for insurance

I did not know there were more advanced ASV's then the Resmed Aircurve ASV. I just got my new Resmed Aircurve ASV this week, It is replacing the same exact model that I did get 3 years ago. I will def do some research. Most likely going to sell my used Resmed Aircurve ASV as I don't need 2 - just unsure what to sell it for, they are expensive

There are machines that will go to 30 IPAP or let you have more than 13 EPAP but they don't auto adjust. They are fixed pressure machines only. You get the big PS with each and every breath all night long.
How long did it take you to fall asleep last night?
Was the cluster at right before 12:00 just an awake trying the machine cluster?
Can you zoom in on the 00:00 time frame in about a 10 minute segment? Don't zoom in so close as you did here with this one. That is too close.

Not sure what info helps the most so took a few of that period you asked for. SleepRider was asking if I ever did an ASV Tritration or whatever it is called, I am not too sure that I did, I think my last sleep study done 3 years ago might of been a split study right before I got the ASV / in order to show insurance i fail on cpap/bi pap. I could dig it up and post it if needed. Ugg this is fruatrating, just wish I could find the correct setting were I can set it and forget it and get wonderful low sub 5 ahi's..... Thanks a million for helping, it means so much

I only want the flow rate graphs and the events graph and mask pressure graph and regular pressure graph.
One image with those 4 graphs.
Give me a flow rate graph starting at 00:10 to 00:15
Can you expand things horizontally?
Your images are sort of squished.

That will work. Now do another just like it but this time put that first flagged UA and 00:11:20 on the far right of the graph.
I am wanting to see the breathing pattern prior to that first flagged UA at 00:11:20

No...you zoomed in too close again. I need to see more breaths...like the 5 minutes prior to that first of 3 UAs.
So they look more like this... Just wanting to see the overall pattern of breathing prior to the first UA flag. Wondering if it looks like you were asleep or not.
BTW....this one below...pretty much awake/semi awake breathing flags...not asleep.

Yes...something like that.
Now try a 6 minute segment (same time frame) but make sure the first UA flag shows on the far right side.
