Were I you,....I would change it to Auto 7Min/20Max and EPR 3. The 7Min inhale will take full advantage of the EPR, and make it easier to exhale. The pressure will be able to run wherever it needs to should you experience any obstructive events.

That's just what I would do of course.

That's the basic idea... because when your balloon is flat, you can't get any air into your lungs. try sucking air out of a flat balloon... it won't work.
