Hello, thank you so much for your help and all that you said there.
I'm having longer sessions now, I've restricted water intake totally in the evening and that has worked for the most part, I have 7-8-9 hour Cpap sessions now. Haven't felt much better to be honest, but it's better than when I do wake up in the night for sure.
Now the issue is that you said according to my data that I'm not having problematic mouth leakage. However, since my pressure is so high - 13-15, my mouth is getting very dry every night. I got a humidifier recently, but it hasn't made a difference. Should I use a chin strap, or a full face mask anyway?

If you are not mouth breathing when you sleep, there is really no reason to go to a full face mask unless you just want to try one. Perhaps it might help with your dry mouth. I have found I no longer have a dry mouth, but I breathe through my nose with the full face mask. If I try using a nasal pillow, I lose air through my mouth which dries out my mouth. This doesn't happen with the full face mask. It equalizes the pressure inside and outside of my mouth which means I don't have air blowing my mouth open as it does with the nasal pillow.

I'm relatively new here so feel free to take my advice with a grain of salt. I use sleep strips by Somnifix to keep my mouth closed. They stick only to your lips so no tape lines around your mouth. And they can handle whatever spit I sleepily throw at it. My mouth only opens during certain sleep cycles. This way I avoid a full mask AND dry mouth. You might give them a try. I get mine from Amazon.
