While you’re bumping up to breathing against the pressure and it feels foreign and weird, just embrace it while telling yourself they wouldn’t hook you up to a machine that would cause you harm. The pressure isn’t actually that big of a deal when you realize that and accept that. Many have much higher pressures to breathe against, and adapt.
Reason to yourself it keeps your airway open and breathing optimally while asleep, even while it feels weird when trying to go to sleep at first.
My situation is I tend to fully wake up at the end of each normal sleep cycle of about 90 minutes as a dream suddenly ends for not having a logical next step. I wake up to my full pressure (20, with 3 EPR) and by that time, I’m fully warmed-up into the breathing pattern I was doing while asleep that I feel the pressure as being relaxing, and more comfortable than when I started in the night.

I've been doing okay breathing against the pressure. It's breathing in that was bothering me yesterday. As if there was something in the way of the air. The last couple days, before yesterday, I was finding the same thing as you say that I would wake up and feel relaxed about the pressure. I just didn't find that to be the case yesterday. It was as if I had to suck harder to get air, rather than there being too much pressure.

Bumping this up in hope I get help before I go to bed tonight.

I hope this isn't against the rules.
I'm not even sure what the question was out of that wall of text... sorry.

What would cause a person to feel like they are fighting against resistance to breathe in? As in it felt like there was something in the way.?
Also how could I break it up to be more understandable?

Also rainout. Heated tube set to 75, room was 73. Had humidity set to 5 and the machine below the bed. What else could I have done to help the rainout? Can rainout cause nostrils to swell? It wasn't horrible, just a bit of water.

Generally if the pressure is too low, people feel like they're not getting enough air.

Your humidity may be set higher than you need, or higher than the room will handle, if it's condensing in the mask.
If it's just condensing in the tube, raise the tube temp, or turn down the humidity level.

Would 7 still be possibly too low, and would having the minimum higher than that cause any problems?

You know, you have to experiment for yourself... no one can do that for you. There are no set answers, numbers, etc. for every single person every single night and just trying this or that (one at a time for at least couple of days) is all you can really do before coming to any consensus re 'this' vs 'that'. We don't have magic answers, just suggestions, and you might have come to the 'overthinking' point, built up anxiety re everything, and not given any one idea a fair chance before rushing to the next one. Wanting to help is instinctive, but no one has a crystal ball re what you should do on a given night, much as we wish we did.
But 7 is still a very low number so I wouldn't worry about trying it for a few nights - you'd have to be a lot higher before considering that as a problem.

Options for dealing with rain out or condensation in mask or hose...see this thread posts number 2 and 3.
viewtopic/t94035/Pugsys-Pointers-3Deali ... -road.html
Rain out in the mask itself won't cause any physical issues. Now if your nasal mucosa don't like the current humidity setting that might cause congestion or allergy like symptoms but if that's the case you would have the same symptoms even if rain out didn't happen.
I just increase the hose air temp since I am using a heated hose.
If you are just having rain out in the mask (I don't know which mask because you haven't filled out your equipment profile) you might consider some sort of cozy for the mask if turning up the hose air temp doesn't work.
As for the exhaling issues...are you using EPR and if so at what setting?
If you aren't using EPR...turn it on and use it...see if it helps or not with your exhaling issues...try a setting of 2 or 3 and see what it feels like.
When you have multiple questions....separate each question into a line of its own and even number them. That way we can better see the questions...start new paragraphs too. When people do one big block of text in one paragraph it's hard to read and understand.

Possibly too low, depends on the person.
Another thought might be... if there was water pooling in the hose, (your middle of the night breathing issues).
