Following up on this one, got an email this morning that cpap.com is refunding the purchase price of the mask to my credit card. I do appreciate them straightening this out, it certainly got my attention *smile*. Redeems my good feelings about using their services.

Now that I think of it, the only time I "had" to accept store credit was
when they graciously agreed to take back an item they don't normally take back.
