I can side sleep with my Dreamwear full perfectly fine. The other tube flows well for pressure. Only thing is, it seems there is still air flowing in the tube on the pillow side and it echos loudly right next to your ear, and your hand cupped right there kinda acts like a megaphone. Aside from that, I've had no issues. I like the Dreamwear full ok, occasionally it's a nice change from the F30 just to mix it up, it's comfortable and so light. Sometimes it can be testy getting a good seal.

Thanks for that input. I just ordered the F30 so I can try it out too.

I have been using the Resmed Mirage Activa LT for years, but the mouth breathing gt worse. My tech tells me that the Activa is being phased out, so she switched me to a Dreamwear FF mask to kill 2 birds with 1 stone as it were. On my back it's fine, but on my side the mask leaks like crazy. Is this a tightness issue, or just something to accept? I do have a moustache, so I don't get a tight fit to the skin.

I have to push the upper straps up a little and pull the back straps down a little to stop that leak when I am on my side. There may a strap adjustment that will make that unnecessary but for my head shape I haven't found one.

. . .
My tech tells me . .
First mistake: letting the "tech" tell you what mask to use.
Their job is SALES--in other words, selling whatever has the highest profit margin.
SMH.

This for me as well. I find the top strap is key to maintaining mask seal with nose but it just slides all over while sleeping.
Also, I imagine the nose hole pillow in the full mask is slightly to big and allow the air port to curl over the nose too easily if the top strap is not perfectly seated.
It seems like the engineers designed this while only testing in a seated position. Once head is on a pillow it just doesn't hold the seal as well.

I've used this mask many nights with zero leaks. The mask gets 4.1 stars out of 5 on cpap.com.
Have you carefully watched some youtube videos on fitting, adjusting, and use?
