Yeah. I heard somewhere that flippers should almost be illegal.

what you did there? i saw it!

Well, then, hopefully I still have my plausible deniability lying around here somewhere . . .

Some flippers really need to be SHOT.
I can always tell when the fastbuck real estate classes are going on.
Luckily, most observe the do not call list.
But nothing stops them from loading our mail box with offers to buy our house--(cash, of course)
Yeah, RIGHT.

And now that even the CEO of the National Enquirer publisher can get flipped, who
CAN you depend on for real integrity anymore?!

I'm back. I got stuck in that damned Full Screen toggle nonsense. Took a while to figure out the F11 deal, I banged on it, and now it works.
Last night was better, it felt a bit better anyway. My settings are 9/16 with EPR set to 1.
I think I like that EPR. You can't tell it does anything at low numbers but at 9, it seems like it's attempting to match my breathing.
Less waking up and getting up. Pretty much every time I wake up, I get up and get water, because my mouth is so dry.
10.48 AHI is about my average.
If you have a minute to look this over and recommend anything, that would be great.

At least make the window as large as possible, by dragging the corners.
Your pressure's still too low to alleviate the obstructives you're having.

I set the machine to 9/20 and EPR at 2.
At 630 my work alarm went off and I cancelled it, took off the mask, and slept until 8, so I don't know why it was still recording, maybe I left it on when I took it off.

Not sure you're awake yet... "maybe I left it on when I took it off."
It recorded breathing, so maybe you dreamed you took it off.

I meant maybe I forgot to shut off the machine, when I took the mask off my face. The mask was on the floor.
My wife tried to get me to put it on, but I wouldn't wear it. But, the graph does look like it was being worn.
I wasn't wearing it from 630-8. It may have been pushing air, but the mask was on the floor.
I feel like I'm crazy, maybe I put it on and didn't realize it. I must have, computers don't lie. But anyway, what do you think about things before 630 am?

I forgot the proper structure for the screenshot. I made a new one that is hopefully easier to read. Thanks for the help on a Saturday morning, really appreciate it.
Settings are 9/20 with EPR at 2.

Not too bad... min pressure's still a bit low.

Minimum pressure is too low? I guess we go to 12 tonight. I didn't enjoy 10, 12 should be even better!
Sorry for my sloppy forum posts. I don't really know how everything works yet. I posted and old screenshot and now I can't delete it.

Heh. Sounds to me like you're a lot like I was before starting therapy. Wake up in a semi-comatose, delirious state every day? I can still remember that very well. I can relate to this statement, and seriously doubt that you're crazy.

This isn't the same for everyone. But maybe you're like me here too. I tried making a large pressure jump, and didn't do well with it at all. I backed off, and made gradual increases of my min pressure (0.4cm) once a week. Piece of cake for me doing it this way. Honestly, there's no reason to make yourself uncomfortable. It isn't supposed to be that way. Look at how much the the therapy is already helping you from an AHI perspective. Stay comfortable and try to get some decent sleep, and get used to everything. I'm parroting advice that was given to me - if that adds any credibility.

In the header line of the post you want to fix, click on the pencil (edit post). This gives you access to the attachments tab, you can delete and replace the screenshot.

Lot of this going on around here.

I read a post a couple of weeks ago that mentioned XyliMelts. I got some(amazon), and they work great. Has to be these - they've got an adhesive on one side so you can stick it on the gum line.
