Is the snore real snore or just vibrations? My wife says i don’t snore anymore.
FL.. I know it’s something about the machine detecting air flow restriction but how is it different from OA or hypopnea event?
All that is explained in the video I linked.

Last night I increased my EPAP to 7 (was 6) and when I woke up this morning, AHI was 1.8 - lowest so far!! No snore and very little CA!
One interesting observation is that my EPAP stayed at 7 throughout the night. I have never seen a flat EPAP. Did I just hit the sweet spot? I will keep this setting for a few days but wonder should I further increase the EPAP or make any other adjustments?

I'd probably bump it up another cm after a few days... see if that results in even better results.

This morning AHI was 4 with the same settings.. I am feeling sleepy now. Even at AHI 1.8 I was feeling sleepy too by lunch time..
Should I change back to min epap 6? Though AHI is higher but I feel more rested throughout the day..

NO! Sleep varies from night to night.
If anything, I'd say change it to 8. Less pressure is not going to resolve the issues your machine isn't handling.

No, you think? But I feel more rested with epap 6. epap 7 made me feel like crap by noon time even though ahi = 1.8 and 4

Sleep varies, don't make any changes based on one nights results.

So....how did you sleep last night and how do you feel today.
I always want to know how someone feels about their sleep quality and how they feel in general during the day.
I see at least one break in therapy last night where you turned the machine off and back on again. Why?
Were there more wake ups where you didn't turn the machine off?

I'd leave it for a week, and see how things average out.

It's only been 3 hrs since awake time. I am feeling ok now except for a slight headache which i think is caused by stiff neck. More importantly will have to see how it feels after lunch.
I woke up for bathroom trip. Other than that I did not have other awake time. I typically make one or two trips to the bathroom each night.

Are you a male and of the age where the prostate gland can impact the bathroom breaks during the night or day for that matter?
See how you do as the day goes on.
I wouldn't change anything now...give these settings a week to see how things go.

Spent another 2 nights with min epap 8 - AHI 1.89 and 1.4 respectively. Though AHI are low, I feel like crap for the past 3 days. Sleepy, tired eyes, headache....
I am seriously lost, dunno what’s wrong. I might just revert to min epap 6. Though AHI are higher @ 4 to 5, I feel better, more rested
