Yes there's an actual cpap store like a mile from my house. She sells EVERYTHING from filters, tuning, mask, machines, pillows ..she used to head a sleep enter and decided she wanted to be her own boss .. .not the friendliest lady but i needed tubing and a mask...

Never heard of anything like that.
Does she require prescriptions?
I imagine for the machines and settings yes but for accessories such as maks, tubing...no.

If your 'therapeutic' pressure is 9, then your machine should be set for 8-20, not 4-20. (maybe even 9-20).
