well, stuff and nonsense! no sooner do i make a post about sd cards and the data written to them, then i forgot to unlock my card yesterday.
so no details. that is, no graphs. my "summary data" though shows some good news. AHI of 0.20. hypopnea shows at 0.14 then both ca and obstructive as 0.03.
so, with this good news, i'll press on and up my min from 7.2 to 7.4.

You don't need to lock your card. thanks for the tip! but i've been in the habit so long, i'll prolly stay with it. (and thus ruin more data gathering abilities)

If you watch the screen after you put the SD card in, it will alert you (briefly) if the card is write-protected. Otherwise message is just "preparing SD card". I tested this in the very beginning, because I know me, and anticipated that I'd do the same thing at one point or another.

7.4 is working in that my AHI is reduced. however, too much gas in the belly! so much so that it woke me up last night.
i rolled it back to 7.2 and went back to sleep. am thinking of reducing it further to see how i do over time.
so, i'll abandon this thread and start a new one, once i have enough charts to warrant it.
