Yes they do but it's under the "A"s on the list...almost at the very top of the machine list.
Quit calling it a bipap...that's a Respironics marketing term.
If you don't want to say AirCurve 10 VAuto...just say bilevel auto.

Other than wake ups...looks pretty good.
I bet some of those CAs/Centrals are related to being awake and not real.
Not sure why you are waking up unless it's just because of the new machine's way of breathing with you and you just need to adjust to it.
Do you normally have problems staying asleep or is this all something entirely new and beginning with cpap therapy?

it all started 2 months ago when i was waking up every time i slept
got me sleep test done i scored 39 and they gave me a cpap
a week after got my cpap titration they said cpap is not working for you as i was still waking up and not getting any sleep
now im on AirCurve 10 VAuto and getting the best score i ever had in 2 weeks but i still wake up and i have massive headaches

So the insomnia (unwanted wake ups) pre dates cpap usage.
While insomnia (sleep maintenance insomnia...google it) is a common symptom of sleep apnea...sleep apnea isn't the only potential culprit.
So if something else is going on might need to do some detective work to figure out what it is.
Now it might just be you need some time to get used to optimal therapy and your therapy wasn't all that optimal before.
But you might as well use the adjustment time you may need to do the detective work to see if anything else might be playing a part in the insomnia.
Example...if your insomnia was related to pain...cpap can't fix that
or if your wake up are related to caffeine intake or medication side effects...cpap/whatever pap can't fix that.
These settings on your new machine look like they are doing a good job...give yourself more nights using it and see if it holds true or changes.
In the meantime start doing some detective work to see if anything in your life might also be a factor in the insomnia.
It's not like you have much of a choice anyway....you gotta for sure use the machine.
If you take any medications...research them to see if any have some negative side effects that mess with sleep.
Take a hard look at your sleep hygiene in general.
Evaluate any other health issues that might impact sleep.
Look at mask comfort and bed comfort.
Anything that might impact sleep quality.

You probably should be talking to the doctor about the peeing a lot during the day if you can't explain it away with a change in fluid intake.
Unfortunately we can have more than one health problem at a time. You can have OSA and 2 or 3 other problems going on.
I have personal experience in that regard myself.

That's physically impossible, unless you've been in fluid overload, and you're getting back to equilibrium.
It's entirely possible for a person to have a couple gallons of extra fluid on them.
