Thanks for these replies... What a caring community.
One doc mentioned something about the limb movements and said there was a medication that could help with that, but there are side effects. Anyone have familiarity with this med?

These numbers just seem inconclusive. If you really think you have it, you might try treating it. It's very hard to do a meaningful titration when you can't get a conclusive baseline.
However, since it seems that they attempted a titration (and presumably had insurance approval) to do a titration study, there must be reason to suspect.

a couple other questions about arousals. At home Is he woke up by pain or pets. does internal or external noise wake him up? of course pets aren't in the lab, but pain could be. also we don't know how noisy the lab is, inside and outside.

No pain, no pets, reports sound sleep but feels crappy.
