It looks good, kinda like a stock picture. I've never heard of letgo...not much info about it either. Good luck.

If you scroll over there are actual photos showing run hours and stuff. I think the site is legit but maybe not the particular seller. Mostly vagueness and bad grammar...

Yep, there is a place on facebook like that. Community sales. Kinda neat shopping, prices good.

It looks like it has a P10 for her pillow mask too (ping headgear).

Be sure to ask whether the user was a smoker -- if smoke odor is an issue for you.

Update... score!! I got an immaculate, smoke free, pet free AirSense 10
<10 miles from me on Craigslist
All kinds of accessories, heated hose, masks, case, filters, etc.
31 run hours!!
Everything works-tested heated hose, humidifier, etc.
$250!! I'm very happy. Thanks for all of your support! Now my husband gets much better therapy with my old machine, not his 2003 brick!

That’s great if it is an Autoset. If it is an Elite it is fixed pressure.

Not exactly. Elite is full data, but single pressure.
Escape is the brick, but in the Airsense 10 line, it is simply named "CPAP".
They like to keep you guessing.

Sorry.
Thank you for the correction. I knew that the Elite is not preferred when there are other options.

I know better than to get anything but the Autoset. It's not an elite... I used it last night and it's perfect. Actually, I went in and changed the min and max pressures plus played with the heated hose and humidification when I was checking it out in a parking lot!
And, my husband's AHI was only 1 on his usual fixed pressure at 10! I guess maybe his therapy IS okay, but of course will keep looking at it for a month or so.

It is unusual but I find I need a low pressure of 5 or so to sleep well. Lately I have reduced my humidification (with a heated hose) to 3 and my AHI has gone down. My sinus allergies seemed to act up if I had the humidification lower.
So, in addition to adjusting pressures, adjusting humidification may be beneficial to some.
