Sorry, but as a water quality guy, Naegleria fowleri is a bullshit answer. The pathogen needs to be forced into the nasal passage with enough pressure to directly connect with the nerves in the olfactory system. It's killed by all water treatment plants that are functioning as prescribed. While almost universally fatal, it is rare and has no evidence of aerosol transmission. The rate of infection is about 1 in 7 billion exposures. Quit your uneducated and blatantly false scaremongering. Idiot

I'd like to see you cite one case of Legionella from CPAP. There are two cases ( https://www.sleep-journal.com/article/S ... 1/abstract ) of an association. Associations prove nothing. The infections could have come from dozens of places.
