Thanks, @righteous, for just answering my question. I’ll be honest and say that I had forgotten about this forum until yesterday or I would have asked sooner. And, yes, I did do a search, but the thread that kept showing up was a bunch of bickering(like what’s going on here) which I can’t stand reading. While I do appreciate feedback, I don’t appreciate being put down. This is supposed to be a support forum. Thanks, anyway.
If you hate controversy and "bickering," you must either live in a special place or are quite lonely. If you can answer any one of the three following questions, I'll join you:
1) Name ONE universal belief - one that all persons on earth agree on.
2) Name one fact that has been established without argument or debate.
3) Name three persons - historical, imaginary, real, or even family that agree on everything and do so truthfully without coercion.

Let's start by initiating a campaign to get Consumer Reports magazine involved in debunking the SoClean medical claims:

1-800-333-0663. You can speak to an agent Monday through Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm EST, and Saturday 9:30am - 6:00pm EST.

Consumer Reports
101 Truman Avenue
Yonkers, NY 10703

https://www.consumerreports.org/member- ... omer-care/
Actually it would be good to get major Television network media involved. Many times that gets government attention.

Lotsa luck... never going to work. Futility. Just spoke to the P of the states, and he supports the SoClean, among other things.

makes them feel good to think they are doing something medical with their equipment.
Based on recent discussions, my views on SoClean have now changed:

SoClean is a device designed to deliver a toxic gas that is a pollutant and documented lung irritant to a medical device used for breathing.

SoClean is a lie sold by creating misunderstanding in the minds of the uninformed to take advantage of irrational fears that are being fed in order to prey on, swindle, and cheat others.

It is appalling when people prey on the elderly and uninformed as easy marks to steal their money. SoClean belongs in the same category as phone call scams for stealing identities by claiming to sell a product that will protects identities, since SoClean can only make your medical equipment dirtier by distracting you from meaningful, useful cleaning.

If you have been a victim by being tricked into buying SoClean based on the unsubstantiated claims of con artists, speak to your doctor, your local police, and consumer protection groups.

Join my campaign to stop the lies of SoClean. Protect yourself and your loved ones.
When it comes too lying and scamming the population, So (NO) Clean, should run for Congress. Jim

We can't rely on journalists who only swallow the statements of the manufacturers of the cleaning products. We need ones with the ability to test and compare independently

Here us an example of the kind of misleading, nonscientific fluff journalism that does more damage than good, in my opinion:

Companies keep using the terms clean and sanitize like they are both used for cleaning.

Unless the item to be sanitized is effectively cleaned, it is impossible to obtain close contact between the sanitizer and the surface to the sanitized.

The last is the fanboy who has not a clue in the world of what it does with no proof that it works but they give it 5 stars because it makes them feel good to think they are doing something medical with their equipment.

Which is what the manufacturers of SC count on.

I think I know the answer... but if you guys didn’t want to answer the OPs original question, why did you feel the need to hop in here and give them a hard time?

Does it make you feel like a special person? If you don’t like or want to use soclean, why not just not ignore the posts? Does it make you feel smart to say “I don’t use soclean cuz it’s a scam!!!”

Do you guys feel like you own the forum? If someone else disagrees do you feel like saying “get off my lawn?”

The constant need to put other people down in order to make yourselves feel better is the definition of a bully.

In any other form, and I’ve been in many, you guys would have all already been spoken to by moderators or banned. Here it’s basically Lord of the Flies... and we all know how that ended.

People come here to learn things, ask questions (sometimes stupid... we can be helpful anyways, everyone is a newbie once), and find a group for CPAP support.

If instead you come here to make yourselves feel more powerful by belittling people, go out and get a life.

because, you simpering moron, it's still time for the OP to take the piece of junk back, and get a refund.

Just crawled out of the sewer to bless us with his knowledge of why people come here, and how everybody should act.

If only you were a tenth as smart as you think you are, you'd realize that nobody here gives a shit what you think.

Just a note to those who are easily offended; you can block members. It has done wonders for my enjoyment of the site. YMMV.
