If you are unable to find a buyer here you might contact SecondWind CPAP (
https://www.secondwindcpap.com) to see how much you can get there. Also, they have excellent prices on new small travel machines and you might be able to negotiate a trade for what you need.

It showed up today, everything just as stated.
I tweaked the numbers, changed some filters, and gave it a quick test. All is good.
