Hi Todd,

Not sure if you realise but the left and right buttons on the Vantage will give you information but not access to the clinicians menu to change your settings.

Good luck

I found myself initially pulling the mask off as well Several times I had woken up with my nose irritated and simply removed the mask. There have been a few times when I thought I would be getting out of bed, remove the mask, and climb out of bed a couple of hours later. And there was one instance where the mack was across the room hanging on to the end of the hose for dear life. I figured I ripped the mack of and threw it across the room.

I gotten a few night in where I wake up refreshed with the mask still attached.

I have made a couple of adjustments to my CPAP. 1 was to raise the initial RAMP start pressure from 4 to 5. I have also adjust the humidifier and the ... I can't remember what they call it, how the machine relaxes when I exhale.

I was surprised how well I am doing this go around. I was concerned about how the hose would get tangled with all my tossing and turning. It doesn't. It just seems to lay there making sure my blankets don't float away. I have found myself waking up with my hand on the hose. Not sure where that is coming from. When I see my shrink tomorrow I'll be sure to ask him.

I also use Saline Nasal spray, Ayr Saline Nasal Gel and Chapstick before I go to bed. And I have found that if I brush my teeth 30 minutes before I go to be my throat is not so hacky.
