Any ideas on what's going on

Not strictly an apea question, but I'm acutely interested in opinions. Interested in the 01:50 - 02:40 time frame.

That part looks normal. The 23:10-1:50 part looks wacky.

Hmm. That's what most of my nights look like.

Unfortunately, you cut off the parts that might be helpful... is that a FL chart I see peeking out above?

Can we see the regularly requested graphs?

Sorry, I shoulda said "and don't cut off the left panel"..

You appear to have your machine at a constant pressure... any reason for that?

It looks like you're still having significant flow limitations, which are making you work harder for your air... and probably degrading your sleep quality.

Sorry for my ingnorance. 3rd time's a charm (hopefully). I've used CPAP for 9 of the 11 years I've been on the hose. Had a bit of an issue with changing pressures over the night.

There's a lot of good info over there too... both in the charts and in the left panel. it all adds up.

Have you tried auto, or a higher pressure? The AHI looks good, obviously, but it doesn't look like easy sleep, the roughness of the flow line (I bet it's interesting zoomed in...)

I got a new machine (S9 to A10) about 10 days ago, I just started using Sleepyhead when I got the new machine). I dropped the pressure from 16 to 14 just to see the difference. I will admit my sleep quality has declined for the last 2 months. Tell me the time frame you want zoomed in on and I will post it

How about just zipping up the sd cards from both machines (I'm hoping you still have the s9 sd card) and uploading them to:

Full SD cards for both, please?

Is there a reason you are running the machine in CPAP mode with a fixed pressure?

Apparently one of those people who doesn't like the variations of pressure when in apap mode.

Unfortunately, I was comfortable enough with my therapy, I never put a card in the S9 (didn't know about sleepyhead, or I would have - I'm a data geek). I'll get the A10 data to you once I figure out how to zip it.

Thanks.
