My girlfriend puts her's inside the bedside stand drawer...........I put mine on the floor, under the bed. (because the noise bothered me) Works for both of us.

I keep mine in my drawer under my berth. Off the floor, more hose reach, and stays where I put it. Also, both my BiPap and my separate F&P 150 HH sit on computer mouse pads to keep them more secure. It also helps dampen the noise.

I was wondering if longer hoses were available.

They're available up to 10 ft. CPAP.COM has them. I believe there's one in 8 ft. length, too.

After reading on here about the leaks in humidifiers (and having bedroom furniture that I love and saved a long time for) I made a small stand with a 2" deep plastic container affixed to it. I put the stand on the floor in the space between the bed and my nightstand. That way, it's lower than my head, if it leaks, it goes into the plastic container, and it can't fall down because it's blocked on three sides (bed, nightstand, and wall) Paranoid, I suppose, but I paid out of pocket for my machine, and I would hate to damage it!
