I think that may be some kind of glitch in the forum.
Try clicking the button again.
Until you get the "confirmation screen", your vote has not been registered.

Try it again.....and again. I've noticed that I have to actually vote TWICE before it'll take it. Like they say.....vote early and vote often.

Same here - I have to click "Submit" twice any time I take part in a poll on this board. As long as you see the "Submit" button reappear, you gotta click it again.

One reason why folks may not be able to vote on this poll is that when I originally posted it, I only set it for fifteen days. That time has been over for at least two weeks. I've not been able to find a way to change the end date.
However, I'm willing to start a new poll, should there be enough interest.

This seems to be poll season. Why not another one?
This time, maybe if you name it something about the Smart Card problem you will get more votes.
That is my vote.
