Gary, the Remstar Plus machine is entry level equipment. It's good equipment for what it does. It's excellent equipment for someone who doesn't mind getting retitrated every couple of years, and going to their doctors alot if they are having problems. It's excellent equipment for the health care industry.garyb1966 wrote:You have almost the exact same setup that I do. My advice: Just stick with it! It will take awhile (maybe weeks), but you WILL get used to CPAP. And you'll be a better person for it. In my opinion, the equipment given to you is excellent, but I am not you. If after awhile you still don't like the mask, call the company that sold you them machine. Most companies allow a mask exchange within a certain time period.
Remstar Pro and Auto, which have the capabilities for the patient (and doctors) to monitor the numbers, now those are EXCELLENT EQUIPMENT.
