You guys that are on testosterone supplements be sure to get a PSA test on a regular basis as prostate cancer lives on testosterone. I am currently on hormone therapy for prostate cancer that reduces my testosterone and my PSA is currently 0.

Unfortunately, my libido is 0 too.

Yet another reason I hope this sleep therapy works!

Yes, definitely. Even with adjustment problems I noticed an improvement almost at once.

I guess there's just something about being wiped out all the time that just doesn't do it for me.

Things have changed a lot, but way back when I was in school the rule at the women's dorms was lights out by 10:00, candles out by 11:00.

I'm there with Snoozin' Bluezzz, Limestone and ca_. It was one of the first changes I noticed after starting CPAP.

I think some of it is more rest = more energy and wakefulness but I also think there are lots of chemical and hormonal stuff that is supposed to be going on during certain sleep levels that gets missed for OSA folks of both chromosomes.
