Like infirmation ....I see a red wavy line under it when composing.

It shows the underline, but it used to have a dictionary with suggestions that seldom helped. My spelling is so bad it couldn't even make a good guess  My android Google never lets me down, I just speak the work and poof the world opens up. Too bad with Windozes they couldn't spend a couple of dollars to make their product useful. Jim
I did notice that the spell check button was missing from the forum editor but I never used it.
I would always rely on the red wavy line thing to point me to potential typos.

Maybe the spell check is just a feature that needs to be turned on so that it is available again.
When bendauphinee reads this maybe he/she can let us know as to the status of the forum editor spell check feature button.
Spell check is a feature we did not bring forward in the update. In-browser spellcheck is good these days.

Something odd happened to me last night. I was not logged in, but browsing through the latest posts using my android tablet, when suddenly the display changed and "log in" in the upper right corner changed to "prodigyplace." :o It stayed like this as I kept browsing. After a few minutes, I clicked on the down arrow next to not-my-user-name and selected "log out." Curious. . .
That is strange and worrisome if the software mixes up browsing sessions like that.

Agreed. I noticed that you were logged in at about the same time, and it apparently got us confused.

Hi,
Just FYI
I’m still getting logged out and needing to log back in, even in the same session, even though I have “keep logged in “ checked.

The emails I receive to alert me to new posts on threads to which I have responded no longer have live links to click to easily get to the forum to read the new materials. The URLs are there, but all run together within one paragraph, so it's become a fussy thing to highlight the relevant one. Probably not a high priority item, but it would be convenient to have the same functionality as the previous system.

One thing I don't know if it changed or not is maybe changing settings so when someone clicks on link it opens new tab instead of taking person away from forum.

Links used to automatically open in a new tab.
Now they open within the same tab and we have to use the back arrow to get back to the forum.
I prefer a new tab because of years of habit....I now have to right click the mouse and tell it to "open in a new tab" which isn't the end of the world but it involves breaking an old habit and making a new habit. I often will want to compose and review something at the same time. Having 2 tabs makes it easier for me because that's what I have done for years.

It was on my list of minor things to mention once they got the other more important stuff sorted out.
I would also like to have a link to the main forum page at the top and not just the bottom. Again just easier for me so that I down't have to scroll down a lengthy page to get back to the main forum.
I can change the way I do things but I am like most everyone else...I sometimes don't want to have to break an old habit and create a new one.

+1 for both of these ideas!

One of the forums I visit. has a box with a up arrow that floats on the screen (Bottom right) as you scroll. Press it you go to the top of the page. button isn't solid, you can read thru it. Jim

There's some serious bugs in the cookie management here.

I clicked on my bookmark to bring up the forum...

And I got ANOTHER USERS LOGGED IN SCREEN.

See my comment above. I got another user's logged in screen when I wasn't even logged in as me.

How do you get rid of all these notifications, I expand the list and then I click on Mark all notifications read and they disappear but then they come right back?

You can manage the Notifications window by going to
Board Preferences tab then clicking on the "Edit Notifications Options" and make changes on what notifications you get or don't get.

Or you can

In the OverView tab in lower left is "Manage Notifications" but so far all I have figured out there is how to mark them as read.
I can't seem to clear them out.

I found that clicking the red arrow on each message individually made them show as read. YMMV

I thought everyone had a link at the top to go back to the main forum. Mine is labeled Home.
