I don't like "Notifications". I think it's useless.

Not sure if Notifications got fixed after the original installation or I learned how to use it. Either way, I find it useful now, not useless.

It's all I have ever used to keep up with the threads I have subscribed to. The Notifications email goes to an old email address of mine that I never use.

Ben, In case you are still working on bugs/enhancements, here is a nice little feature that went away with the upgrade.

When searching a member's posts (example: search.php?author_id=40932&sr=posts ), there is a little button, "Jump to Post", with each item in the list. This makes it easy to find the post you are looking for.

However, when searching one's own posts, ( search.php?search_id=egosearch ), this button is missing. You can click on the item which then takes you to the thread, but not the post. This is a little cumbersome if the post you want to read is in a long thread.

There is a work-around, but the feature would be nice if resources are available and it's just a matter of changing a setting.

I thought about that... but then I figured that we're mostly all anonymous anyway here, though we do have established personalities...

I do however, lie about my birthdate on facebook.

And Mr. Z has already sold the information that you lied about your date of birth.

Actually, that's smart. You can't be identified as easily. Years ago a tech friend suggested I do that on most sites I visit.
