They want to try a Bipap to see if it will help keep my oxygen up when I sleep. Last oximetry test while using APAP had me under 88% for 93 minutes and under 90% for about 5 hours. In fact my overnight oxygenation has gotten worse since sleep study a few months ago now that I use APAP.
I'm still so tired despite perfect compliance, ahi of 1 or less and supplemental oxygen while I sleep.

OK, but sleep issues are not all related to apnea/OSA, so maybe you are chasing a single reason (respiratory issues), while you could have OSA and something else (e.g. vitamin/mineral deficiency, neurological issues, medication impact, limb motion etc).
Maybe you should push to do another PSG while using CPAP, to see if the arousals are related to respiratory issues or not.

I go through veterans choice for sleep center. I have two appointments left with authorization. One is being used for titration study and other for results appointment.
Last sleep study showed little rem. Lots of arousals as well.
I actually planned on going to get vitamins today to see if they help. I'm only considering these medications as a bandaid until I can figure out what's wrong. I sent email to VA 2 weeks ago about ongoing issues and I have heard nothing back. I'm here right now to see RT for I assume compliance check.

Modafinil is the only reason I get through the day. I take it 7 days a week.

I have no quality of life without Nuvigil! Still suffer from excessive tiredness, however, I can get thru the day with Nuvigil.
