Was it PT Barnum or his partner Bailey who said "There's a sucker born every minute"?
Whomever said it is correct when it comes to that 'cleaning machine'.
You could not give me one.
I do not clean the hose at all, (it is heated), I only clean the mask or tank when needed.
My personal opinion is that the more you wash the components the more likely you are to break something.
Do not get me started about that stupidity called "NIPPER ALERT"!
Just another scheme to rip people off!

PT Barnum is long gone, he vastly under estimated how dumb the U.S.A. would become. Jim

"swelling of the throat" sounds a bit like apnea, perhaps we all should buy some

I have no swelling of the throat, but the scare tactic ads produced by
snake oil companies make my face and neck flush with rage.
How dare they?
Why are these scumbags not in PRISON?

I like how they put the treatment for deafness in larger font.

I can see how hearing the rattles could be useful, I wonder if they have a two bite (bit) guarantee. Jim

Have you ever noticed people yelling at a blind person?
--or shouting at a non-English speaker, somehow believing
that any language becomes understandable if spoken loudly enough?
"No need to shout--I'm wearing my HEARING AID."

I like when my lawn and garden man speaks to his non-English speaking Mexicans. He speaks English only, but using a loud Mexican accent.

Bottom line ... Ozone destroys your lungs, metals, and plastics. I tested a mask that I use only once and didn't like, with an ozone generator that puts out about 500 parts per billion. Granted that's probably 10 times more than what cpap cleaners use but within 20 minutes the mask was sticky and discolored, the silicone was ruined. The stickiness could not be washed away. Also as I was reading on another Cpaptalk forum one person said that the ozone cleaner wasn't connected to their cpap just the reservoir so ozone based cleaners won't harm their cpap machine but that's not correct, if it is attached to the humidifier reservoir then ozone can get to the plastic and metal parts of their cpap machine. Aluminum is very quickly oxidized with just a little extra ozone but in any case, ozone oxidizes virtually all metals.

FYI ... I used ozone generators to "clean" homes or buildings that have had a fire, flooding, smokers, or even a death but I insist that no one goes into the building for a least 2 days for every day the O3 generator was running. Sometimes it may take 2-3 days to clean a pub or bar with my 1800 Mg per hour generator especially if it is a large building say 30,000 to 40,000 sq ft. I didn't and wouldn't guarantee that the O3 generator wouldn't hurt pipes, a/c units, etc..
