If it wasn't or it wasn't properly inserted then there is no other data available besides the summary data.

Plus the duration for the session is whacko...268 hours...not likely.

Yes, card was fully inserted. Double checked it again for tonight. Oddly, when I put the card back in tonight, the machine gave an error message that the SD card was invalid and the message wouldn't go away until I said it could erase the data. Since it had only one night anyway, I said yes to deleting data then the error message went away.

Machine is S9 Autoset, but what I see in the machine settings doesn't match what I see in the report. Machine says it is in Auto mode with a range of 7-11, report says CPAP mode. Report says EPR in Ramp only.

Just hoping tomorrow's download will be more revealing.

If so, don't forget to lock that SD card before you put it in the computer.
If it's too late and you already have done it then the S9 won't like the text file it puts on the SD card and will prompt you to erase again.

We might be able to remove that file and you won't have to erase again though...so let me know.

It has to be unlocked when in the CPAP machine....but locked before putting into computer to check data. Just remember to unlock again after removing from computer and putting back into cpap machine.

Card has to be unlocked when in the S9 or else the S9 can't write the data to the card.

It needs to be locked before you put it in the computer because Windows 8.xxx and higher will write a little text file to that SD card and the S9 won't accept the card and you will get the invalid card message and be prompted to erase everything on the card.

Once you are done with the downloading and ready to put the SD card back into the S9 you then will have to unlock it.
If you forget the S9 should tell you that the card is write protected.

Ok, it turns out the lock/unlock on the SD card was the issue. Funny but I've used my SD card in 2 machines and never had to do anything with the lock/unlock button to read it in Sleepyhead. At any rate, today we got all the info from last night and did a bit of tweaking. He falls asleep about as soon as he masks up, so he didn't need that 45 minute ramp starting at 4. We decided on a 10 minute ramp starting at 6. His AHI was 7.92, mostly obstructive apneas. His pressure had been 7-11 and he spent much of the night peaking out, and rarely did it sit below 8, so we changed the range from to 7.6-12 and left the EPR at 3. Just trying to be conservative with changes due to his prior issues with the chest injuries. They seem to not be an issue at this point. He didn't even get a sore ribcage when he started back this time. Feeling real good about this, and fully expecting tomorrow's number to look pretty good. He actually went through the Sleepyhead data with me, and mentioned downloading it on his computer. I'd call this day a win! Thanks for the assistance!

Trying to post some god-awful data from my brother. Got the graphs in order, closed the calendar, but having a brain cramp. How do I close the pie chart?

Turn off pie chart...Preferences/Appearance tab...remove check mark for "show pie chart"....warning sometimes it won't hold and the pie chart won't go away.

Back sleeper only due to injuries. Uses bed in zero gravity position.
