I think Philips Respironics reports total leak, so anything under 60 is good I believe. Maybe you don't have a leak problem - I'm not sure why sleepyhead says you have large leaks - maybe in the settings the threshold needs to be changed.
It looks like again, the majority of your AHI is comprised of hypopneas. I would raise the IPAP by 2cm H2O and see if your AHI comes down.
I would also lower your backup rate to 12bpm or so. Ideally you want to maximize the amount of spontaneous breaths you take, and your median respiratory rate is 16bpm so you want your backup rate around 2-4bpm below that. With the machine doing timed breaths, it forces that Ti amount during those breaths, which may not be what's best for you.

The model 1060 is the PR S1 BiPap ST 60 series machine.

4 modes....CPAP, S, S/T and T
The AVAPS is the model 1160

It has 5 modes of operation..first 4 like the model 1060 plus a PC mode whatever that is.
So the 1060 isn't an AVAPS model despite SleepyHead calling it AVAPS and saying the settings are AVAPS...there is no such mode.
SleepyHead is easily confused when it comes to these high end specialty machines because there weren't very many with data available to Mark when he did the Sleepyhead coding.
Might also explain the large leak flagged area in one report but the leak graph itself doesn't seem to support the flag.
If it were me...I would want to use Encore if I was using this high end machine. I don't know how much I would trust what SleepyHead is telling me until I could verify it with Encore.

The large leaks are from me waking up I always wake up right around REM sleep time ill try higher IPAP tonight

I agree with this. When you put in Philips Respironics 1060 it instantly brings up the page for the BiPAP S/T model, so clearly SleepyHead it not reading his machine data correctly. SleepyHead also shows variable pressures on his 2nd chart, but S/T mode is simply one set IPAP and EPAP; i.e., 10/4.
An aside, not that it really matters, but PC mode for Respironics is identical to S/T mode, except that the Ti applies to all breaths, not just timed ones. It's useful for neuromuscular disease and other patients who breath shallowly, to help prevent hypoventilation from occurring and even out the exhaled tidal volumes per breath. It's funny because any ResMed bi-level can do that...
