I don't think leaks are the problem either unless they are waking you up.

The thing is how can I improve my AIH and get always 0,0 ?
I guess Thats the one million dollar question, right?
What if I increase the fixed pressure from 13.6 to 13.8 or to 14?
Thanks a lot for your help .
PLEASE bear with me.

The goal is not to be zero, but to be low. Your AIH is extremely low.
If you are not sleeping well, it is either for other reasons unrelated to obstructive sleep apnea, or it could be leaks waking you up.

don't feel you have to apologize for anything. you are doing amazingly well.

i'll let others talk about your charts and what to do next. i just want to caution you to not "chase 0" when it come to your AHI. i know that you think that this will be your answer to poor sleep. that's only natural and i felt the same way myself when i started. but please keep in mind that getting a zero as AHI doesn't always guarantee good sleep. it may be something else going on that will affect your sleep.

meanwhile, good luck!

This is the latest Sleepyhead screenshot from last night.
Headaches are back but congestion has diminished, maybe I guess because I decreased the humidity settings or maybe because I use less now the nasal spray that is supposed to cause a rebound effect.
